Press Conference of 2008 China International Foodstuffs Trade Fair has been held in Huangpu
The Press Conference of 2008 China International Foodstuffs Trade Fair has taken place in Huangpu on Oct.13th, 2008. More then 70 media agencies sent their journalists to join the conference. They visited some companies, including Zhongshan Xinrong Nuts Company, Guangdong Lanyan Group, and Guangdong Provincial Food Quality Control Centre, before their participation in the conference hosted by Mr. Liu Shaoshan, the official from Huangpu Town government.
The deputy secretary of Party committee and the town chief Mr. Fang Weiting introduced the 2008 China International Foodstuffs Trade Fair to the journalists. It is reported that 2008 China International Food Industry Trade Fair will be held in Huangpu, the town which has been titled as China Food Industry Demonstration Base, China Famous Town of Lap-mei Production, and China Food Industry Centre. Thus, Huangpu will have a better development in the near future.
The theme of the conference this year is “Honest, Cultural, and Leading”, with eight main concerns, i.e. brand-making, leadership in the industry, environment protection, own features, interaction between suppliers and purchasers, openness, culture, and efficiency”.
